Everybody's scared

In R1 Division 1

I think every team in this district is pretty much shaking in there boots....

Bushland,
Childress
Friona
muleshoe
River road
Roosevelt
Slayton

all of em....They know they aint beatin Littlefield, and most of them most likely thinking playoffs is a long shot....

the days of skating by all those small schools are over

Could this be true? You know it is if thats what I'm saying

Littlefilled is obviously the team to beat in Region I. Far, far better than any other team out there.

Just the level of athletes they have to pick from, there are going to be few teams that can keep them from hanging 60 points, and even fewer that can score on them.

Just that tradition alone.....

Bushland and Muleshoe will give Littlefield some heat. This will be a tough season for all of these teams. Still see it 1.Littlefield 2. Bushland 3. Muleshoe and these two teams will be playing the role of UNDERDOG/UPSET in the making ................ Childress/Roosevelt

I dont think anyone will be "shaking in there boots" Rev. I do think that Littlefield will win the district but it will by no means be an easy task. Bushland, Muleshoe, and River Road are very very legit teams.

The ten teams that Littlefield beat last year had a combined 45-59 record. That includes 9-2 Alpine, whose schedule was just as bad as Littlefield's. I know Littlefield has a lot of players coming back, but I don't think those other schools should be scared of anything. I could see Muleshoe and Bushland both beating Littlefield. JMHO.

Come on Beans, what does a guy with a shingle in East Texas know about region I football? Haven't you heard of Littlefilled? Don't you know they have tradition?

You are 100% correct, and I think that is what hurt LFD in the playoffs.

If it helps anything (and it dosn't) we beat the 3 worst teams on our schedule by a combined 145 to 0

Littlefield will be good, I'm sure. I'm just not sure 10-2 tells the whole story.

Since your using this logic. Muleshoe beat teams with a combined record of 43-66. Using your logic, how does this make Muleshoe better than LFD?

Didn't say they were. Didn't say Muleshoe would beat LFD, just said it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

Muleshoe played some bad teams in their district, but at least their non-district schedule consisted of 3 3-A teams and 2 2-A playoff teams.

I'm just saying Littlefield's schedule was bad, real bad. That's all.

We played them last year so we aren't going to get any props unless these teams produce some winning records!!!
